Setup

Before you begin using Ace CBM day to day, complete a one-time setup so the platform reflects how your business operates.

What to configure

  • Company profile — legal name, address, tax identifiers, and financial year.
  • Users & roles — invite your team and grant each person the right permissions.
  • Master data — set up your chart of accounts, items, customers, and vendors.
  • Preferences — number formats, currencies, taxes, and document numbering.

Suggested order

  1. Set up your company profile and financial year.
  2. Add users and assign roles.
  3. Configure taxes, currencies, and document numbering.
  4. Import or create your master data.

Once setup is complete, head back to the home page for an overview and the recommended first steps, then start working in the core modules.
