Tasks List

The Tasks List feature in Ace CBM provides a centralized platform for managing, tracking, and prioritizing tasks within an organization. It ensures efficient task allocation, monitoring, and progress tracking for enhanced team productivity and accountability.

Features of the Tasks List​

  1. Comprehensive Task Overview

    • Displays key task details such as Task ID, Task Type, Status, Assigned User, Opened By, Open Date, Expected Delivery Date, and Description.
    • Tracks all tasks, categorized into Active, Inactive, and All statuses for clarity.

  2. Status Tracking

    • Easily monitor tasks based on their progress:
      • New: Tasks yet to be started.
      • In-Progress: Tasks actively being worked on.
      • Closed: Completed tasks.

  3. Advanced Filters

    • Search tasks using keywords or apply filters to focus on specific criteria like assigned user, due date, or status.

  4. Integration with Other Modules

    • Links seamlessly with other Ace CBM modules for holistic project management.

  5. Export and Reporting

    • Export task data for reporting or offline analysis, aiding in performance reviews and resource planning.

Steps to View the Tasks List​

  1. Navigate to the Tasks List

    • From the Ace CBM dashboard, go to Task/Alert > Tasks List. enter image description here

  2. View All Tasks

    • The system displays all tasks by default. Use the toggles at the top of the screen (e.g., Active, Inactive, All) to refine the list.

  3. Search and Filter Tasks

    • Use the search bar to find specific tasks by Task ID, assigned user, or status.
    • Apply advanced filters to narrow down tasks by task type, delivery date, or priority.

  4. Export Task Data

    • To export the task list for external reporting or documentation, click the Export button.
