Test Lists

The Test List feature in Ace CBM allows users to organize, track, and review various test cases for quality assurance and system validations. This module ensures that all testing activities are documented, monitored, and executed efficiently, enhancing system integrity and operational effectiveness.

Steps to View the Test List​

  1. Access the Test List

    • From the Ace CBM dashboard, go to Task/Alert > Test List. enter image description here
    • Select filters or search parameters as needed to view specific tests.

  2. Review Test Details

    • View comprehensive test details, including steps, results, and status.
    • Use toggles to switch between All, New, In-Progress, and Closed tests.

  3. Search and Filter

    • Use the search bar or filter options to focus on specific tests or projects.

  4. Export Test Data

    • Click the Export button to download the test list for external analysis or reporting.

Features of the Test List​

  1. Detailed Test Records

    • Displays essential details like Test ID, Title, Status, Assigned User, Open Date, Close Date, Expected Delivery Date, Test Steps, and Expected Results.
    • Categorizes tests by status: New, In-Progress, Ready to Close, or Closed.

  2. Status and Priority Management

    • Monitor the progress and status of individual test cases.
    • Differentiate between active and closed test cases for efficient follow-ups.

  3. Comprehensive Search and Filters

    • Filter tests by assigned user, project, status, or dates.
    • Search tests using specific keywords or IDs for quick access.

  4. Integration and Reporting

    • Export test data for reporting and analysis.
    • Seamlessly integrates with other modules for a unified system workflow.
